Cowboy Chef’s Table is a special dining experience that gives students in the Culinary Arts program at OSUIT a chance to learn from real, working chefs.

During each event, students work side by side with a guest chef to help prepare and serve a multi-course meal for the community. Along the way, they learn new skills, hear real-world stories from the industry, and see what it’s like to work in a professional kitchen.

The event is open to the public, and proceeds help support scholarships for OSUIT Culinary Arts students.
